Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our Support Center to submit a return request with your order number and email address.

  Prepare Your Item

  Carefully disassemble the product and place it back into its original manufacturer packaging with all protective materials included.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to collect the item from your home.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
